Coco Reál Ambrosia
INGREDIENTS:
1-110 g. package of vanilla instant pudding
1-16 oz. container of sour cream
1 bottle (2 cups) Coco Reál Cream of Coconut
1-15 oz. cans Mandarin oranges (drained)
2-20 oz. cans pineapple tidbits (drained)
1-16oz. jar halved maraschino cherries washed and drained
1-16 oz. bag of mini marshmallows
2 cups red grapes(seedless) halved
1 pint whipped heavy cream
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix vanilla pudding, sour cream and Coco Reál in a large bowl until smooth.
2. Add fruit to mix and fold in gently.
3. Fold in marshmallows.
4. Fold in whipped cream.
